Creating an account is mandatory if you want to organize a meeting and test our solution. The processing of the information provided in this account is based on our legitimate interest. In case you subscribe to a paid subscription, this processing will be based on a contractual basis.
Your data is neither sold nor exchanged and is only accessible to authorized IBOO staff members and to the IT service provider in charge of maintaining our website and for this sole purpose. Our subcontractors must comply with the same regulation in order to always guarantee the integrity, availability and confidentiality of your personal data.
No transfer outside the European Union of your personal data is made.
Your account information is kept until you delete it. If necessary, it is kept in intermediate storage for a maximum period of 3 months to allow you to exercise your rights. Only your contact information may be kept for a period of 3 years for prospecting purposes. They are then deleted from our databases. If we notice that your account has been inactive for 1 year, we will send you a message to ask you if you wish to keep it. If you do not respond, we will delete your account within 30 days.
You can have access to your data, as well as rectify them, or exercise your right to limit their use. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the use of your data and to have them deleted. It is also possible for you to exercise your right to the portability of your data.
